Self Pay

Your first appointment we will look at your needs and evaluate what is necessary to ensure you are receiving the best possible outcome from your time spent with us. This will be a more in-depth meeting so as to understand who you are as a person and what areas we can assist with. 

Once we have an understanding of your goals, we will meet for your individual sessions. This is where we will begin the problem-solving aspect of therapy. 

After the Initial Assessment we will address issues that maybe affecting your relationship and  work on strengthening your relationship and developing better way of communicating.
