Initial Evaluations allow the client and therapist to meet each other. In an Initial Evaluation, the client is able to share about their current life situation and the therapist is able to assess the concerns and develop a treatment plan.
Individual therapy allows the client to work with a mental health specialist to express their concerns, develop insight, make connections, work on problem-solving, and develop goals in a confidential and and safe setting.
Family therapy, also referred to as couple and family therapy, are both viewed within a systemic approach. The dynamics of the relationship and how each individual affects the other is the focus. We work with families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change and development.
Outpatient substance use treatment is an ideal option for people who are motivated to stop using their substance of choice, but require the flexibility of a program that will work around their schedules.
Art therapy focuses on the client expressing themselves and their feelings through their artwork. Clients can work through traumatic or difficult situations, or simply relax their state of mind.
We incorporate multiple therapy styles into treatment. We do not believe that medication solves all problems.
