With over 15 years of experience, I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I work best with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, ADHD, and identity exploration, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is warm, person-centered, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and incorporates mind-body techniques.

I strive to create a space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported—where we can explore patterns, build insight and coping skills, face the hard stuff, and celebrate the unique strengths you bring to your life. Together, we’ll walk a path toward healing, growth, and wellness, guided by compassion, empathy, and a little humor along the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, outdoor adventures, travel, humor, and spending time with my children and friends.
